Current Leadership Roles with Life Groups:
- Life Group Leader - Shepherd group members’ growth in loving God, loving each other, and loving their neighbor by providing a consistent place for members to experience spiritual growth and care, and by personally pursuing their own spiritual growth in Christ.
- Life Group Apprentice – Support your Life Group Leader, take opportunities to learn as you help lead, and begin praying about starting a new Life Group.
- Serve Champion – An individual or couple within the group that champions the value of service and outreach and helps organize and lead group efforts to serve and reach out.
- Other – Individual groups depending on the gifts available and depending on how the group is lead will have various other roles (Prayer Coordinator, Host, Event Organizer, Worship leader, etc.)
